With more than 25 years of experience, our owner Dandi Wang decides to establish ALLWIN architectural hardware manufacturers in 2005 and built the factory with the capacity to produce the lost wax casting, CNC machining, hand polishing/welding, and the well products. With these facilities, ALLWIN architectural hardware companies have the capacity to produce a wide range of products for customers.

How ALLWIN Commitment To Quality
“ALLWIN commitment to quality” is the core values in ALLWIN culture. To ensure the consistent quality, ALLWIN inspects and well controls each procedure throughout the mass production.
1. To ensure the material component follows the ASTM standard, ALLWIN uses spectrometers to check the raw material before production. Before casting, we check the stainless steel element. After die-cast out, we check the casting again. We also use spectrometers to check the solid bar before we start machining it. If necessary, we also do the hardness testing for the product.

2. ALLWIN uses measuring tools to check the product in each procedure throughout the mass production to ensure the dimension and strength of product meeting drawing requirements.
3. ALLWIN does quality control in each step of the mass production to ensure each production fulfills its duty to produce a qualified product.

4. ALLWIN uses salt spray testing machining to test the product, to ensure it meets specific corrosion-resistance requirements.

5. ALLWIN uses 2D and 3D drawing to communicate with customer, which is clearly and accurately. We also have a 3D printer which helps us to develop new items and also prints samples for customer approval.
